What is Life Coaching?

It’s a collaborative process between coach and client, to help move you from where you are now in your life, to where you’d ideally like to be.

We examine your thoughts around where your life is currently, and what you’d like to change. We then set appropriate achievable objectives, and work together to reach these goals.

To help figure out what’s holding you back, we might choose to uncover if and why you’re giving yourself a hard time, or perhaps putting your energy into people and things in a way that doesn’t serve you.

We will establish what’s important to you, based on your values and beliefs, and how you can live a life more in alignment with who you truly are.

We can also create a toolkit to use in your everyday life, to keep you moving forwards, towards your desired outcomes.

We simplify. We work out what’s true, what’s important, and we let go of the rest.

I provide a calm and confidential space for you to really open up and explore your thoughts and feelings, with the intention of moving past the blocks that are keeping you from the life you desire and deserve.
